  • 3/4 cup Silk Vanilla soy or almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 medium tart apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

    Fantastic!

    A great way to start the day. I tried it with the caramel sauce and it was okay but with a spoonful of molasses it turned out even better. Good recipe.

    Quick snack

    Good for a quick snack when I get the munchies in the afternoon. I used Silk Vanilla, but I'll try it with almondmilk next time.

    like apple pie ala mode

    I made this with unsweetened apple sauce because I am allergic to raw apples...vanilla protein powder mixes with the almond milk & is like eating vanilla ice cream.

    Picky grandchildren love this

    Our grandchildren are very picky when they visit us but when I fixed these smoothies for them, they finished every drop. Not only is Silk delicious but it is lower in sodium and calories than fat free milk. It's the only milk we use in our home now.

    Caramel Apple Silk Smoothie Review

    I love trying new recipes and since this was relatively inexpensive and I have appreciation for drinks with a delicate sweetness that balances the flavors of Silk Soy,apples, and caramel sauce. This is a great refreshing Summer drink but it is also so good that I would make it year round!

    Fall-in-a-cup!

    I made this recipe sugar free! I changed to unsweetened applesauce instead of juice, used sugar free caramel sauce, and Silk unsweetened vanilla milk. It was delicious, and low glycemic! thanks for the great recipe!

    Great Starter

    So I've decided to try incorporating Silk in my everyday snacks/meals outside a bowl of cereal or a little in my coffee. I used Almondmilk with this one and let me tell you, best way to start your day off. So yummy and energizing. I usually don't do smoothies cause they are a bit time consuming with my cheap blender but this is totally worth it! Gonna try more recipes.
