  • 3/4 cup Silk Vanilla soy or almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 medium tart apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

    Fantastic!

    A great way to start the day. I tried it with the caramel sauce and it was okay but with a spoonful of molasses it turned out even better. Good recipe.

    Quick snack

    Good for a quick snack when I get the munchies in the afternoon. I used Silk Vanilla, but I'll try it with almondmilk next time.

    smooth

    I liked the different twist on my love of smoothies. Apple and caramel are always a favorite pairing. I just never thought of it in a glass but it came out yummy
