    Perfect mashed potatoes

My daughter loves mashed potatoes, but is allergic to whey. We love this recipe - the potatoes turn our smooth and creamy, and the flavor of the soy milk doesn't change the taste of the potatoes. She likes to add vegan cream cheese, melted, to the potatoes to make them extra rich. Yum!

Love it better with Silk Soy Original Creamer

I have made these potatoes twice now and both times I used Silk Original Soy Creamer. No one can tell I am not using milk. Everyone loves them :)

    Family Favorite

Our family's favorite. Didn't miss the "dairy" milk one bit in this recipe.

My kids loved the garlic mashed potatoes. I loved the fact that they are healthier than most. Next time I'll know to double the recipe!

    Best Mash Ever !!

Just finished the Mashed Potatoes. I was skeptical at first thinking I would not be able to get that real creamy taste but the Silk was better than milk! This is an easy quick recipe worth trying. You will not be disappointed.

    Extra spices

I decided to add a little spice to this and added a 1 tsp of paprika, oragano, basil, and rosemary. Makes it taste wonderfully flavored!

Bacon, Green Onion, Garlic Soy mashed potatoes.

I added bacon pieces with sliced green onions. Was the best. I used dehydrated onions was the best. All I had was Silk Original. This is sure the way too go.

    Needs more garlic

I had to find another recipe for more specifics on the potatoes, was a bit vague. However, they turned out well. I do think it should have at least 4 cloves of garlic, there wasn’t much punch to it as I’ve had with other recipes. They still tasted yummy and came out like any other mashed potato recipe.
