  • 1 12-oz package of soft tofu
  • 2 cups Silk Vanilla soy or almondmilk
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

    Daily treat during Strawberry season

    This is super simple to make, and I like to pick a gallon or two of strawberries to freeze. I can make this quick recipe every day using these frozen strawberries and my husband, and 4 year old love it. I've made it with soy and almond - both are great. Sometimes I'll cut the tofu in half and add a frozen banana.

    Thick and Tasty

    If you aren't using Almond Milk for your smoothies or protein drinks you are missing out! When you put this milk in a blender it froths up to almost double it's size and in no time at all - adding to the appeal and enjoyment of your any beverage. I make this almost every day, adding some spinach or avocado, and using a protein powder instead of tofu, and a couple of ice cubes (per serving). Don't forget the strawberries! Try it with your favorite smoothie ingredients and you won't believe how thick and rich it tastes!

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend for one minute.
  • Enjoy!
