I used to love drinking my coffee every morning but for several weeks now I have not been able to find my Soy Vanilla Creamer. I used to buy it at Publix and the shelf is empty now, there isn't even a tag or space anymore. Customer Service said it seems like it is discontinued. I wanted to scream "NNNNOOOOOOO" to the manager. Why did it disappear? Where did it go? Is it coming back? Please say it is. My coffee isn't the same. I have tried several other brands and flavors. The almond creamer - YUCK! It's like eating a handful of almonds and then taking a sip of coffee. No thank you. The coconut creamer - EEEWWWWW. I love coconut but not in my coffee. It's a good thing I found someone to give them to because short of dumping them down the drain I wasn't sure what to do with them. I searched your site and the closest creamer is found almost 62 miles away from me. I am so disappointed. My coffee will not be the same until I can get my creamer back.

The new silky, smoother THICKER formula is disappointing. I love the taste, it is still delicious, BUT the product won't pour out of the container. I had to open the cardboard and scrape it off of the inside of the box. And yes, I did shake as directed. As a WeightWatcher, I also find it difficult to easily measure, it's almost the consistency of a thick salad dressing. I do think ridding the product of carrageenan is a good move. I'm assuming that the tapioca starch is the thickener but it is simply too thick for my tastes.

Not again

By

from Oregon City OR

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

First Silk Soy creamer was wonderful. Then you changed it and it got thick and goopy. Then due to public outcry, it went back to being easy to pour. Well, I just picked up another creamer and guess what? It's lumpy and goopy again. We dumped it. Will need to find an alternative.

Thick vanilla creamer

By

from Jonesborough, TN

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

3 out of the last 4 cartons I have bought turned thick as yogurt. A carton lasts me about a week. Is it related to a particular lot or batch? I was a little leery about the first, but a few seconds in the microwave thinned it and it tasted fine. Not spoiled as some had thought. But definitely a little disconcerting the first time. I will continue to buy it and hope they get this manufacturing glitch figured out.

I love this creamer

By

from St. Louis

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I felt the need to review this product after seeing so many negative reviews. Honestly, this is my favorite Silk Creamer!! And I didn't have a problem with thickening at all. I shake my carton each morning and each time I have my coffee, so I don't know if that makes a difference or not! Hope this helps. I also hope my local stores start to sell the larger containers of the silk creamers!!

Miss my creamer

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I am very disappointed that this creamer is no longer on the shelf. My coffee will not be the same! I have tried all the other silk products and none of them can compare to the vanilla!

Warning! Vanilla!

By

from New York

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

Once again a didn't notice the subtle "Vanilla" flavor on the carton, buried in blue against the blue background when I grabbed it from the grocery shelf. Before the 'new look' on the cartons the difference between vanilla and original was OBVIOUS. I am a long-time buyer of the original, but I immediately dumped my latte down the sink when I used vanilla. Yuck! I'll take my coffee black! Please differentiate original and vanilla on your cartons. Make it obvious, with flashing warning lights so I don't buy vanilla again. Glug-glug. Down the drain it go two quarts of vanilla.

Thick Creamer

By

from Texas

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I had the same problem as many other, upon unsealing my soy creamer it was the consistency of yogurt. I called silk directly after reading through the reviews and they said that it's been common lately and suggested leaving the creamer on the counter for 10 minutes and it would thin out, so I'm inclined to believe it's due to the cold that it is doing this since it smells and tastes fine. So far having it on the counter it has already thinned considerably, so I highly recommend others try this as well

Why are you not responding to the creamer question?

By

from Nashville, TN

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I too opened my creamer and it was thick like yogurt. It tasted okay but I was afraid to use it. I went to your website to see what the comments said regarding its use and noticed that several people commented about its thickness and early spoilage. What I didn't notice was Silk's response to these concerns. Did I miss it somewhere? Is it supposed to be the consistency of yogurt? Is it okay to use? Why is it so thick now? It used to be like regular creamer consistency. I use four other Silk products and love them. I'm not sure about his one though.
