My husband and I use this as our only coffee creamer. The taste is smooth, mild, and truly delicious. The reason it is rated 4, instead of 5, is because we have experienced occasional issues with some heavy consistency. Other than that, the taste is SO much better than any other creamer we've tried, that we continue to use it. We've found diluting the creamer with a bit of water solves the problem. Great creamer - weLOVE it. Hope it never disappears from our local store.

We have bought Silk Hazelnot for years apparently, the formula was changed. We bought a container at the end of March 2016 with a sell by date of 4/29/16. While we shake it as instructed, it curdled into a muddy paste within 2 days. I cannot be the first person to report this. This problem has existed for at least six months where the product does not last no matter how how long or how much you shake the container. We are moving to another brand and will never recommend Silk products.

Blood clot texture is gross.

By

from Jersey City, NJ

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

I had loved Silk Hazelnut flavored Soy Creamer since the beginning. The flavor is perfectly nutty.
I've gotten many of my coworkers loving it too.
However, the new consistency is gross. The first time I encountered this new thick goop I put it in the trash. Then after reading someone's comment about their dislike of new texture. I bought another carton. Knowing that it still tastes good I continued to use it. However, I'm having trouble getting over the little globs of creamer in my coffee despite the amount of stirring or shaking that I do to my coffee.
I realize you are trying to achieve a fuller mouth-feel, but your product was perfect before this thicker.
Coffee Creamer should not be more viscous than coagulating blood.
Please go back to the old recipe. This new clotted Creamer is a fail. I end up discarding 1/3 of the carton because I can't get the goop out of the carton.
Silky texture=yum!
Blood clot texture=gross waste

What happened? Chunky solids instead of cream? Gross!

By

from Albuquerque

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

The consistency of this stuff is like clotted cream. It's gross! Forget pouring this stuff into your coffee. Glops of solid chunks fall out into your coffee and float like creamer that's months past its prime.

Awful New recipe!

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

I've purchased this for quite a few years- multiple times per week. This recipe is absolutely awful. I wish you had never changed it. Before I realized the "now even creamier" on the front of the carton I threw 3 of the larger cartons away. That's quite a bit of money I budget for in our modest household. I came onto this site and read that you had "fixed" the issue so I thought I'd come back to my trusted brand and give you another try. Here are my results. No thank you!

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

My husband almost through out the container he just opened, but first he asked my opinion; looked nasty to me so I made the call to toss container and contents. It didn't look appetizing in the least. I thought perhaps it sat unrefrigerated at the store. Should be a disclaimer saying the contents of this container does not resemble liquid coffee creamer, it's spoonable not pourable. Hope you go back to original recipe and label containers ,saying original recipe and then I'll start purchasing again, but until then I've given up silk hazelnut soy creamer

I loved this creamer until it was changed to even creamier. Now it is so lumpy I will not use again until Silk gets rid of the lumpiness.

The best creamer EVER

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

We've been using this creamer for years - probably since it was introduced. The "Now Even Creamier" means it's often gooey, which we could certainly do without, but the flavor is the best in the business. Unfortunately, it is getting harder and harder to find the the Albuquerque area, so I'm hoping Silk will consider putting it in shelf-stable packaging so we can stock up online.

Its creamy alright.

Comments about Silk Hazelnut Soy Creamer:

It gets so creamy it become congealed like pudding in the container. Its like your dropping dallops of soy creamer into your coffee. I was dissapointed in the new product. I even turned my fridge setting down thinking it was too cold. Didnt matter.
