Excellent product, I love it!

I heat my unsweetened almond milk in a large cup, then I add a teaspoon of instant coffee and some Stevia, have it in the morning and as a snack, delicious.

Disappointed in SILK customer service. I called this morning to get some clarification on the ingredients and the actual carbohydrate count (value is listed as less than 1). The representative I spoke with knew nothing about the product other than what I could already read from the label. She had a poor attitude towards me and also toward my question. I would think a company that markets its products as 'health' conscious alternatives would welcome questions from the consumer about nutrient values.

Excellent substitute for cow's milk

Comments about Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk:

I use unsweetened almond milk for cereal, mashed potatoes and any recipe that requires milk. I am particularly pleased with the chocolate almond milk for a treat.

Like this brand, but..

By

from Washington

Comments about Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk:

I buy silk's unsweetened almond milk, love that it is non-gmo, and love the taste, but I really wish it had b12 in it like the silk coconut milk and soymilks do. I really hope that they will add b12 for the vegans out there! And everybody could use a little more b12 anyway. I hope Silk will listen to this suggestion.

Comments about Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk:

Why was the Vitamin B12 removed from your product...??? This was the main reason I purchase the Slik Brand Almond Milk... Love the product but need the Vitamin B12... Time to look for another brand of Almond Milk. :-(

Disappointed, where's the B12 ?

Comments about Silk Unsweetened Almondmilk:

I use to buy Silk Almond Unsweetened weekly, as well as the Chocolate Flavor Amond Milk. Love it! However I noticed recently that you no longer fortify with Vitamin B12. Vegans need food and drinks fortified with this essential vitamin. I'm switched to a Flax Milk now because they do add B12, not as high a percentage as Silk added but it's still better then nothing. Please reconsider!
