My body doesn't tolerate non natural B12 (that found naturally in foods) and causes severe illness. When B12 is added to a product it is actually Cyanocobalamin, a synthetic and harmful even thought to perpetuate a b12 deficinancy. People who avoid cynthetic b12 find their natural b12 levels return to a non defincient state. Either way there are illness' where people cannot tolerate b12 and it is extremely hard to find foods that it isn't added to. I appreciate silk not adding a non natural ingredient to this almond milk and hope they continue to offer it.

I use to buy Silk Almond Unsweetened weekly, as well as the Chocolate Flavor Amond Milk. Love it! However I noticed recently that you no longer fortify with Vitamin B12. Vegans need food and drinks fortified with this essential vitamin. I'm switched to a Flax Milk now because they do add B12, not as high a percentage as Silk added but it's still better then nothing. Please reconsider!

This stuff is great! I love how it does not have added sugar since I don't like my smoothies to be too sweet. You can use this for anything from smoothies to baking to just drinking it by itself! "I received a sample of this through Crowdtap".
