Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this Coconut Milk I love Silk unsweetened coconut milk. It's the perfect dairy alternative with the right amount of body and flavor. I use it to make smoothies, add to coffee, or just have a cool drink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just bought this today. I've been using coconut oil for a while but never tried coconut milk before. I was pleasantly surprised, it's very good. It's creamy and has a slight sweet taste to it. I used it to make my iced coffee drink and it came out better than ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Excellent choice for a weight loss program. I like the consistency of the milk - not thin like skim milk. It has a very small hint of coconut flavor, I could hardly tell it was there. At 45 calories for an eight ounce serving, it's less than skim milk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement for Milk I tried it and love it. Great way to get more calcium, less calories and fewer hormones. I'm going to get my kids to try it. I bet they can't tell the difference.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for toddlers! My twin girls are 15 months old and I've been giving them unsweetened coconut milk since 12 months. They love it! It offers almost everything cows milk does and is so much more nutritious. Less than 1 g of sugar per serving. :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What water It has a good taste and a good smell to it for me, the consistency is like pasty water though. It is not a 1/2 & 1/2 that is for sure. I tried it in my coffee and it hardly changed the color. I suppose it is better for kids than the nasty produced milk that sell today. But to me it is just overpriced colored & flavored water.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mixed Feelings So I am trying to refrain from sugar. when I saw coconut and less than 1 gram of sugar I thought this would be the perfect late night drink! Tonight I wanted something sweet and grabbed a cup. I like the sweetness-however it has a watered down consistency to it. I cannot drink it alone:( I will try into coffee in the morning.
