- 3/4 cup Silk Original Soy Coffee Creamer
- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight, then strained and rinsed
- 1/4 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 1/2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite pasta.
