Ingredients
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 Tbsp margarine, optional
- 1 cup Silk Original or Unsweetened Soy or Almondmilk, warmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the margarine, warm Silk, salt and pepper.
- Mash by hand or use an electric mixer.
