- 3 oz Silk Unsweetened Soy or Almondmilk
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp honey syrup*
- Candied ginger for garnish
*Honey syrup: 1 part honey, 1 part hot water stirred together
- Place the ginger slices in a cocktail shaker and muddle (or mash with the back of a spoon).
- Add remaining ingredients except garnish.
- Add 1 cup of ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with candied ginger.
- For a spirited drink, add 1 oz vodka and 1/2 oz ginger liqueur.
