- 4 oz Silk Vanilla Almond Coffee Creamer
- 1/2 tsp maple extract
- 8 oz Strong Coffee or 4 oz espresso
- 2 Tbsp crushed pecans
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Vegan whipped topping
- Crushed pecans, for serving
- Maple syrup, for serving
- Sea salt, for serving
- In a glass jar with a lid, lid off, combine Silk and maple extract. Microwave for 45 seconds, then replace lid and shake vigorously to create foam.
- Combine foamy mixture with freshly brewed coffee or espresso.
- Top with vegan whipped topping, crushed pecans, a drizzle of maple syrup and sea salt.
