Warm and tasty with a kick

I love this drink so much I have the recipe taped to the inside of my cabinet even though I have it re-memorized by November every year. I always make it using chocolate soymilk. Their original recipe(I cut it off the back of a carton a few years back) is 1 cup Silk Chocolate and 1 tsp cocoa powder with the above measurements of vanilla, cinn and cayenne. the extra kick of cayenne is great, add more or less depending on your mood.

    Dark Chocolate Almond Hot Chocolate

I haven't yet tried this recipe however, I make something similar though quicker and less fuss using the Dark Chocolate Almond Milk and McCormick's Cocoa Chile Blend - stir in up to 1/4 tsp per cup depending on how spicy you like. I heat for about 1 minute in microwave .. and add 20 second intervals until desired warmth. Let sit a minute or so as it thickens just a bit and reminds me of the delicious hot chocolates I sipped in Spain and Portugal. LUSCIOUS
