  • 1 cup Silk 2g Sugar Protein Nutmilk
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 medium green apple, skin on, cored and diced
  • 1/2 medium raw red beet, peeled and diced (grated for conventional blenders)
  • 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
  • 2 tsp minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste

Optional Boosters

  • 1/4 cup raw frozen broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp flax oil
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
