- 1 cup Silk 2g Sugar Protein Nutmilk
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 medium green apple, skin on, cored and diced
- 1/2 medium raw red beet, peeled and diced (grated for conventional blenders)
- 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste
- 1/4 cup raw frozen broccoli
- 1 Tbsp flax oil
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder
- Combine all ingredients (including any boosters) into your blender, then blast on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Tweak lemon juice and ginger to taste.
