- 1 1/4 Cup Silk Vanilla Protein Nutmilk
- 2 servings egg substitute
- 1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/3 cup flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- Maple syrup
- In a large bowl, combine Silk, egg substitute, protein powder, flour, baking powder and coconot oil.
- Whisk just until there are no lumps in the batter, then bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
- Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.
