Ingredients

  • 2  cups Silk Unsweetened Soymilk
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews*
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 frozen banana**
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 15 drops vanilla liquid stevia, plus more to taste

 

*Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain for the smoothest consistency

**Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing

    pumpkin smoothie

    Made something like this recipe, leaving out the cashews and banana, since I am on a restrictive diet at the present time. Blended SIlk with a type of pumpkin custard that I also made with Silk and it was delicious. I drink them all the time. The spices, pumpkin, and Silk are a perfect mix
