Ingredients

  • 3 cups Silk Unsweetened Almond, Coconut or Cashewmilk
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 cups frozen pineapple

Preparation

  • Pour Silk, lemon zest, lemon juice, avocado, rosemary and 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple. Process on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Add remaining frozen pineapple and process for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
