    Tasty!

I really like the flavors on this one! Made it for my wife and now i'm making it every night for her =/ haha I like how you can taste the salt and the peanut butter. I tended to add more salt because i like it that way. Thanks Silk! More recipes please!

    Sooo Good!!

I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 10 weeks, and I'm already sick of eggs every morning- so I thought I'd make breakfast more enjoyable by having a smoothie a few days a week. I made this just this morning and used flax seed and cut down on the amount of banana to bring the carbs down a bit (and used PB with lower carbs)- it's AMAZING! Thank you Silk for this recipe... it made my day! :-)

    Great After Workouts

I love the taste of this drink. I usually drink it after I go for a run. I sometimes put chunks of my protein bar in it which really adds to the recipe.

    Easy breakfast/lunch

I made a double batch of this without the sea salt (didn't have it on hand) and with extra protein powder. I had half for breakfast and the other half for lunch at work since I forgot to pack one the previous night and need to stay full for 9 hours of teaching plus the prep that comes after the school day. It tasted great and did the trick! I used it with a Soy-based chocolate protein powder.

    It's da bomb!

This was my go-to afternoon smoothie all summer! I use Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk in my smoothie and it tastes amazing--so much healthy, tasty goodness in a glass. If I'm feeling decadent, I use a whole banana for some added sweetness. It's da bomb, for sure!!

    Smoothielicious!

This is delicious! Love the chocolate and peanut butter flavors!!! My husband loves this too. We use dark chocolate almond milk & add 1 tsp Spirulina, 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 Tbsp rice protein powder, 1 scoop chia seeds & omit the salt (trying to cut down on salt intake). Thank you for the great recipe!

    My Saturday smoothie

Saturday is my day for house and yard work. I add the protein powder and have this smoothie for my lunch. It's healthy but tastes like my favorite candy bar. It's my reward for all the hard work I'm doing! I look forward to it every week! So yummy!

Put a Little Perk into your Afternoon

This drink has a dual personality! It gives you energy when you need it, It helps you keep feeling full!! Most importantly it satisfies any kind of craving you may have. However, I x'd the salt, I am not a fan of adding salt but that is a personal preference. Make one and ENJOY it is worth it.

A perfect smoothie for you and your friends

This was very yummy and tasty but I recommend using a little less cocoa powder unless you are using "light" cocoa powder. It was very easy to make. Be sure to pour in the almondmilk after putting all your ingredients in the mixer

Leave out the excess, put in a little extra

I used unsweetened Cashewmilk for this recipe because I was low on Almondmilk, and I didn't use the whey, and it turned out delicious! Instead of cocoa powder, I used a supplement called Ovaltine (chocolate milk mix with 12 essential vitamins) that I've been drinking since I was 2 years old. It creates a wonderful mix of peanut butter, chocolate, and banana that ends up being good for you!
