    Delightful

My almost 3 year old daughter loves overnight oatmeal and this recipe was a big hit. We often add some coconut oil but here the yogurt does that job nicely.

My twin babies LOVE this recipe!!!

I have 16mo old twin boys, so time is precious. This recipe is fantastic! My boys wake up hungry & cry if food is not ready. I can make this recipe the night before and have it waiting for them once they wake up in the morning. I ended up having to double the recipe for each though, 'cause they loved it so much they were screaming for more! seriously!! :)

    Breakfast or late night treat

I am totally addicted to Silk Overnight oatmeal. I have used all sorts of different kinds of fruits. Raspberries, mango, peach, blueberry, strawberry. I put a 1.2 tsp of raw honey in each and eat it everyday for break at work.

    Better Than Mom's

I have been eating oatmeal all my life, and I have to say that this is my favorite way to eat it. I love the creamy texture and the contrast of the fruit and nuts. I use Silk soy, with toasted almonds, raisins and apple cubes added the next morning. Just the thing to get me energized and ready to go!

    Loved it!

Never thought i'd ever eat cold oats for breakfast, but this was truly a treat. And a healthy one at that! we prepared them with Silk Almond milk, added blueberries and strawberries. We also added a drizzle of honey to sweeten. It was delicious!!

    New family favorite!

Overnight oatmeal has recently become a staple breakfast in our household, and is especially satisfying in the summer heat! Even better, it's ready to go in the morning, and can be made so many different, delicious ways (chocolate, coconut, fruit, nuts, brown sugar...) Making it with Silk almond or coconut milk gives the oatmeal enough texture and flavor to stand on it's own, but who doesn't love the opportunity to embellish their breakfast? ; ]

    Delicious and easy!

I made this due to the convenience of it and was open to the possibility of it being a little gummy or thick because of it being cooked overnight. Much to my surprise, this was creamy and wonderful, nothing like i had imagined. I make this all the time now with the vanilla almond milk and then i add blueberries to it in the morning. My favorite and recommend it to everyone!

Such a delicious and healthy option!

Growing up, my family always purchased the flavored packs of oatmeal and we might have even added sugar (yikes!). I'm making much healthier decisions now and have tried overnight oatmeal w/ almond milk several times and each time has been a huge success. It creates such a wonderful flavor and the berries are really all the sweetness it needs. Thanks so much for an awesome recipe, it is now a staple in my household!

    Fall Favorite

As soon as the weather starts cooling off, this becomes one of my breakfast favorites. I use Silk Almond Milk and have a terrific "take with me" breakfast for work that's good for me, too. I top it with fresh fruit when I can or frozen fruit when it's not. The yogurt adds a creamy texture that is hard to beat. Granola sprinkled on at the last minute adds crispness and texture. Yum!

    College Favorite

I eat oatmeal almost every morning, and this recipe is perfect for days that I have early morning classes. You can even use 1/2 cup steeped tea instead of yogurt to compliment the fresh fruit (I suggest green tea and nectarines). Very cheap, versatile, and simple!

    Super Yummy!

This has been happening in my fridge for over a year! I use either coconut or coconut almond blend. Topped with blueberries & sliced almonds or bananas & walnuts or peach slices and granola or strawberries & toasted flax... Best breakfast ever!!

    Daily oats

My hubby looks forward to his overnight oats every morning. His favorite recipe involves cinnamon, crunchy peanut butter, and frozen berries covered in unsweetened vanilla or unsweetened original almond milk. Perfect!

    Love Silk's Overnight Oatmeal

This is the best breakfast ever! So easy to make the night before and it really keeps you full until lunch! I love experimenting with different combinations of fruit and yogurt. I use Silk Cashew Milk in mine. Sometimes I add flax seeds or chia seeds to it, too. Delicious!

    Great for the Office

I get this ready the night before. Wake up and hit the gym with it in my bag. Heat it up with some additional fruit at the office. Easy and good nutrition. I'll even change up the fruit to add variety to my routine.

    Easy and nourishing

This recipe tasted wonderful and was incredibly easy to make: about 2 minutes to dump everything into a jar and cut up fruit, and that was it. The next morning I opened the jar, poured it into a bowl, and had a tasty and healthy breakfast. Definitely will keep this recipe handy.
