    So good!!

As I am typing this review I am sipping on this chia. It is so good!!! And the really nice thing is I know exactly what went into making it. Unlike that stuff they have in a box at some coffee stores. Thanks for a new favorite at my house!!!

    Chai Heaven!

This recipe makes perfect use of the chai spices and the smooth creaminess of Silk. I used Silk Almond milk and can't get enough of this luscious drink. I even made extra for those cold days ahead. Personally, I love chai all year long, but something about this warm cup of heaven just soothes on a cold fall/winter evening. I would say it can even melt away all of the aches and stresses from a hard day at work, too. LOVE THIS!! You will, too!

    Yummy and guilt free!

This recipe is so good! I love chai lattes but they usually pack a calorie boom, but this gives the same rich flavor without the bang!

Just what I was looking for :)

Since I cut back on coffee, I love trying new tea recipes and this one was exactly what I was looking for today. I made homemade vanilla extract this winter and it was very complementary to the almond and chai flavors, thank you!

    Awesome!

This recipe was amazing, but I changed it up a bit. I used 4 cups of Silk soy milk, 8 green tea bags, 1 c. sugar, 1 Tbsp. vanilla, 1 tsp. of my dry chai spice mix and omitted the black pepper. My chai spice mix had: 4 tsp. ground cardamom, 4 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 tsp. ground cloves, 1 tsp. ground nutmeg, 1 tsp. ground allspice and 2 tsp. ginger. The mix made roughly around 1/3 c. I used 4 c. water and 2 tsp. of my chai mix and brought to a boil. After it boiled for a few min., I removed it from the heat and placed the tea bags into the water to brew for 20 min. After that, I strained it with a cheesecloth and strainer. From there, the strained tea was poured into the cooker and I added the 1 c. sugar. I also turned the heat back on to help dissolve the sugar. Once the sugar was dissolved, I removed the tea from the heat. I then added the 4 c. of Silk soy milk and vanilla. After all was finished, I placed in 2 - 4 c. sized Mason jars and put in the fridge.
