Ingredients

  • 2 cups Silk Unsweetened Coconutmilk
  • 1 container Silk Peach & Mango Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
  • 1 cup Earthbound Farm baby kale
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 2 cups Earthbound Farm frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, if desired

    I Am Amazed!

    I went into making this with trepidation. I had tried the Coconut milk before and hated it but wanted to try it in a smoothie once I saw this recipe. I love Turmeric. :) I used unsweetened nonfat yogurt and added flax seed as well. I love the mix of spices! It really surprised me! I will make again and again. I am going to try it with pineapple included as well.
