    GOOD START

We tried ours with coconut milk instead and added some silk vanilla yogurt instead of the vanilla and it was great...

    A great smoothie!

The rhubarb adds the right acidity to the sweetness of the strawberries. The flax seeds add omega 3s and the milk provides calcium!

    Delicious and Refreshing

I've always loved the mixture of rhubarb and strawberries and with the addition of flax seeds and almond milk, it was extra nutritious and delicious too. I followed the recipe as written except that I put my almond milk in the freezer for a little while so my drink was extra cold and icy.
