    Silky Sweet Treat

Silk almond vanilla milk, chamomile tea, old fashioned oats, vanilla yogurt, peaches and honey, can it get any better than that?! For me it is just about a perfect combination of flavors. This smoothy is delicious at any time of day. Can't wait to try it with another favorite fruit, apricots instead of peaches. This recipe is sure to please as a Silky Sweet Treat!

    So good together!

This is the best combination of peaches and tea! Loved it with the wonderful peaches we have been getting. Worth the try. I made it with low fat yogurt! You will want to have it over and over!

    End of the day dessert

This is an incredible combination that I'm surprised I didn't think of before. It's amazingly good, especially if you add a bit less sweetener. Also, try strawberries instead of peaches!

    Perfect drink especially for woman

I love chamomile and I love pure almond light vanilla! This is a perfect drink for the mornings and for evenings. It is soothing, healthy and tasty at the same time. Drinking chamomile is not only good for inducing sleep but it also reduces menstrual cramps and fights off infections due to cold. But this drink does not just have chamomile but fruits and honey as well. I can't believe I am getting loads of nutrients just by simply drinking one smoothie! Because I am lactose intolerant, I used lactose free yogurt. It is just perfect to unwind from a stressful day. Thank you so much for this perfect regimen.

    Good, easy to make

This was easy to make. I made it for my husband to drink with his daily vanilla protein mix but after I made it I realized we were out of it. I guess he liked it because he drank it anyway. I myself thought it was really good, but next I may add some vanilla extract, sweetener, extra yogurt or maybe some ice cream to sweeten it up a little. But still, I like it as is also. Very good for breakfast too. I might try other fruits with it also, or some other teas.

    So tasty!

I love this tea ... easy to make and so tasty. I eat local honey to combat allergies. This is a perfect vehicle to consume said honey! :D

    Absolutely delicious!

I have made this kind of drink before without the oats and I love the subtle flavor of the chamomile and the sweetness of honey. Good stuff for your body too!

This a great combo of sweet and healthy things, the tea helps relax you and the sweet taste of Silk is amazing. My kids even loved it and that's not easy because we're entering the picky stage. Everyone should try this.

Chamomile is a great ingredient for this smoothie

I probably shouldn't have given this a 5 star since I changed it up a bit with different ingredients, but for me with the chamomile flavor as such a great ingredient, my version was still 5 stars! I used Silk ProteinNut Milk, and I actually made Tazo Calm Chamomile Tea with 2 teabags, then chilled and added a cup of the tea to the blender. Instead of oats I added Red Mill Cranberry Muesli and a quarter cup of organic shredded coconut. I love the Silk Vanilla Dairy-Free Yogurt and added that, and the frozen peaches, plus a half banana, and a tsp of organic Maple Syrup instead of honey or agave. I also added a 1/4 cup of Macadamia nuts. Sorry, I was starving! Couldn't help myself, but sitting down to this was divine...truly divine. It was pretty thick, even with the tea, which was even more divine! It's evening and I hadn't eaten all day, and this smoothie has me feel full and satisfied!
