    Vegan Mayonaise

Wow! This is a very easy and healthy way of making Mayonaise. It's so quick and easy. I used a blender to mix all the ingredients together and the dressing turns up really smoothly. Since my family loves garlic, I added 2 cloves of fresh chopped garlic into the mix and blend it really well. I am not buying anymore mayonaise from the store and will be making my own from now on. It's super easy and healthy.

    New Secret Sauce

This is my new "secret sauce" for vegan burgers! Instead of garlic powder, I used 2 cloves of fresh garlic pressed through a garlic press. I also left out the salt and used 1/4 tsp. of cumin and 1/4 tsp. turmeric instead. That's my salt substitute, by the way. Everything went right into my Bullet Single Serving Blender - buzz, buzz and voila! Perfection!

    Tasty mayo

This mayonnaise is so easy to prepare, very tasty and stores well for several days. Delicious with many items that need mayonnaise.

    Great recipe

This recipe is quick and easy to prepare. I used fresh garlic and parsley. It was so fresh tasting I will probably never use store bought again.

    Add Dill

I combined all in my Bullet along with 2 tsps of dill. I love dill. This worked beautifully. Oh -- and I doubled the recipe to make sandwiches for my book club. It was a "bestseller"!

    Better than regular mayo

This was easy to whip up and tasted delicious -- i love the creaminess from the avocado. WAY better than storebought. If you make your own regular egg mayonnaise at home, this tastes different but is still delicious.

    Great sandwich sauce

I thought the original recipe was a bit bitter (I'm not used to olive oil mayo) and too salty. I used 1/8 cup canola oil and 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil and only 1/8 tsp salt for a milder taste. It was delicious! The avocado and Silk make the mixture rich and creamy. I will definitely make this again.

    Best Homemade Vegan Mayonnaise

Yet one more awesome reason to use my Almond milk! I made the Vegan mayo, and let me tell you, it is easy to make, and the taste is top shelf for this healthy product! I liked the Dijon style mustard added to this recipe. The spices are usually in my cupboard, so I can whip this up quickly. It goes well on a veggie sandwich, or if you are not on a vegan diet, just use it as a healthy alternative to store shelf mayonnaise! The homemade Vegan Mayonnaise can be used as a sandwich spread, or a tasty dip. The texture is not too runny, and not too solid. It is a perfect, easy to make blend of just the right ingredients for a healthy alternative. Thank you Silk!

    Smooth & Creamy Mayo

This is absolutely delicious. There's nothing better on a sandwich than homemade mayo. Well, maybe homemade mayo made with Silk. I also did a twist on this recipe and traded out the advocado for 3/4 cup of cooked and drained spinach. It's a sandwich spread or a dip!

    Vegan mayonnaise

I am not a vegan (yet, maybe one day?) but trying to eat healthier. Used it on top of tuna salad. Easy and Delicious, husband liked it too.

    Vegan Mayo

The best and least expensive way to have mayo on sandwiches and in mock potato salads.
