My husband and I have enjoyed both the Original and Vanilla flavored silk creamers. As of the last couple of months I have not been able to find the original creamer anywhere. The local grocer told me that Silk is no longer offering the original flavor. Is this true? If so why? Thank you

I called today to inquire about the original and vanilla creamers which have been clumping HORRIBLY in the past few weeks. What is going on? I have thrown away many cartons. After asking all the particulars, I was told that the company is aware of a "texture issue" and is ":working as quickly as they can" to resolve the issue. I was reassured that the taste and safety are unaffected. It comes out a clumps which immediately disperse as foam, without adding creaminess or lightening the color. WHy use a creamer? I have dairy allergy and this is (was) the best product. HOW CAN YOU KEEP DISTRIBUTING THE PRODUCT WHEN YOU KNOW THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH IT? I was also told there would be no mention of the issue on the website as to the nature of the product nor when it was resolved. We are your customers. We deserve to know when the issue has been resolved. Stop thinking only of the bottom line or your will destroy your business.

Tastes good but say no to palm oil

By

from New York, NY

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

Of the non-dairy creamers I've tried, Silk tastes the best and comes the closest to dairy creamer. I like it better than the options from Organic Valley and Califia. However, I stopped buying the Silk creamer because it uses palm oil. I don't see the need to include such an environmentally and ethically questionable ingredient. Remove the palm oil and I'd gladly come back to Silk.

Went from thick to thin again! Used to be perfect and now I'm on the search for a creamy consistency that is non dairy.

What has happened to Silk original soy creamer?

By

from Pittsburgh Pa

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

What happened to Silk original soy creamer? I am no longer able to purchase it at any of the Giant Eagle supermarkets in Pittsburgh PA and your Web site lists it as the only store near me to purchase it. I loved that it came non flavored. I have tried your Almond creamer and I don't like it at all and it only comes in a flavored form.

love this creamer...but

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

Love this creamer but please replace the carageenan with Xanthum gum or guar gum for a healthier alternative to dairy.

Why is it impossible to find any creamer?

By

from Orlando, Florida

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

Why am I not finding any Silk Orginal or Silk Vanilla anywhere? Is there a shortage? My two local Publix and Target have none and it has been like this for a few weeks. I agree with another reviewer - you need to make a low-sugar vanilla option. I mix the Vanilla w/ unsweetened Soy Milk to dilute it. I am ready to switch to another popular brand that costs a little more just for convenience. I never know what Silk Creamer will be available and what is "discontinued?".

Tastes good, but ingredients are questionable

By

from Wilmington, NC

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

Makes a nice, creamy cup of coffee. But the use of palm oil is environmentally terrible (animals and their habitats are being destroyed by the palm oil industry), and since it's already GMO-free (a good thing), why not take the next simple step and make it organic? Finally, it has more calories and fat than Organic Valley Soy Creamer...again, why? Given a choice between this and Organic Valley, I would choose the latter. C'mon, Silk! Make it less fattening, organic, and ditch the palm oil, and you'll have a winner!

Awesome dairy alternative!

By

from Pittsburgh, PA

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

I LOVE THIS CREAMER! I became dairy intolerant after my weight loss surgery and thought I'd have to give up coffe all together. Thanks to this soy coffee creamer, I don't miss dairy at all! It tastes better in my opinion. What more could you ask for? Great taste and good for you!

It's a great coffee creamer but I wish it were ORGANIC!

By

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

I wish this creamer were ORGANIC!
It's non GMO, which is great, but taking the most important step of ORGANIC, would make it terrific!

Low Sugar Version would be great !

By

from Portsmouth NH

Comments about Silk Original Soy Creamer:

Love this product, but would love to also have a low/zero sugar version! Folks that are trying to reduce their sugar content don't really have a good choice, so I think Silk would have a strong customer base.
