When I first tried Silk creamer, I couldn't believe how wonderful it was. I had almost given up hope of finding a "creamer" that would make coffee drinking a pleasurable experience once again. Wow. My mind was blown. Then I saw the new package, and tried the "creamier" product. My coffee didn't have that creamy mouth feel. It didn't lighten my coffee. Seemed artificial. Really added very little to the coffee. Even worse, after being open for a couple days, it doesn't pour. You took off the shelves a truly amazing product and replaced it with something that shouldn't have make it out of the laboratory/kitchen. How as this decision made? Were taste testers used? This had to be a financial decision, but is it worth losing loyal customers. I hope you reconsider and put the original product back on the shelves. Why would you try to improve the closest thing vegans/lactose intolerant have to "perfection".

I miss my soy vanilla creamer, my coffee just isn't the same

By

from Melbourne FL

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I used to love drinking my coffee every morning but for several weeks now I have not been able to find my Soy Vanilla Creamer. I used to buy it at Publix and the shelf is empty now, there isn't even a tag or space anymore. Customer Service said it seems like it is discontinued. I wanted to scream "NNNNOOOOOOO" to the manager. Why did it disappear? Where did it go? Is it coming back? Please say it is. My coffee isn't the same. I have tried several other brands and flavors. The almond creamer - YUCK! It's like eating a handful of almonds and then taking a sip of coffee. No thank you. The coconut creamer - EEEWWWWW. I love coconut but not in my coffee. It's a good thing I found someone to give them to because short of dumping them down the drain I wasn't sure what to do with them. I searched your site and the closest creamer is found almost 62 miles away from me. I am so disappointed. My coffee will not be the same until I can get my creamer back.

Worth it, despite all the negative people on the left coast

By

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I love it! I can drink my coffee, with flavor (instead of using a flavored syrups or trying to use actual vanilla extract), and not get all the bloating and stomach pains from being lactose intolerant. Like some other coffee creamer companies, I wish this product came in a larger (Half gallon) size!

Will not buy again

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I will not buy again until you have removed palm oil as an ingredient. If you love the environment, avoid palm oil at all cost!!

Where can I find this again? I can't find any in stock.

By

from Charleston, SC

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

I see from the other reviews that I am not the only person wondering where the Vanilla Soy Creamer went. I loved its smoothness and that it only took a small amount to make my coffee perfect. I've tried the other versions (almond, coconut) and they just don't measure up to the Vanilla Soy (read - they are very runny and gritty). I used to be able to get it at Publix, but it has been out of stock for weeks. Can I buy it elsewhere, or has it been discontinued?

Tastes fine to me!

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

Slightly on the overly sweet side, but compensate by using less added sugar in your coffee.
The price is a bit too high though. Otherwise I'd give it another star.

Can't enjoy coffee without it

By

from Oviedo, FL

Comments about Silk Vanilla Soy Creamer:

Been using it for years. Was befuddled by the change in recipe and liked it better before, but still the only creamer we like. Now it's disappeared from all the Publix stores in Florida, and I've been trying to get them to carry it again. They say it's not even in their computer anymore. :-(

FYI the local Publix just sent an employee to buy some on his way to work! (from another retailer). Now that's service!!

I have been using the Silk French Vanilla Soy Creamer for years. Now it has disappeared from Publix. What's up? None of the others compare.
