- 1/4 Cup Silk Original Protein Almondmilk
- 2 Servings Egg Substitute
- 1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/3 Cup Flour
- 4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine Silk, egg substitute, protein powder, flour, baking powder and coconot oil. -
Step 2
Whisk just until there are no lumps in the batter, then bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions. -
Step 3
Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.
