preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine Silk, egg substitute, protein powder, flour, baking powder and coconot oil.
  2. Whisk just until there are no lumps in the batter, then bake in a waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions.
  3. Serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.

  • 2 servings egg substitute

  • 1 Scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1 1/3 cup flour

  • 4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
