  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and lemon-berry fresh.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk LESS SUGAR ORIGINAL ALMONDMILK

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana*

  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest

  • 1/8 tsp fresh thyme

  • 1 tsp honey or agave

  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

  • *remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
