Blueberry Salad Dressing

preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except Silk in a blender or food processor. Pulse in short bursts to blend ingredients well.
  2. With processor on high speed, pour Silk in a fine stream until texture becomes creamy. Season to taste.
  3. Pour over your favorite lettuce.

Ingredients

  • 2 scallions

  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 4 Tbsp raspberry vinegar

  • 2 CUPS SILK ORIGINAL SOYMILK OR ALMONDMILK

  • SALT AND PEPPER, TO TASTE
