Better than chocolate-covered strawberries… delish!

preparation

  1. Cut the strawberry in half, place one half in a cocktail shaker and muddle (or mash with the back of a spoon). Reserve the other half for garnish.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and 1 cup of ice. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Dip the remaining strawberry half in powdered sugar, skewer and use as garnish.
  5. For a spirited drink, add 1 oz orange liqueur.
