Coconut Cinnamon Smoothie

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and coconutty.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Silk LIGHT VANILLA ALMONDMILK

  • 1/4 cup Silk UNSWEET COCONUTMILK

  • 1/2 frozen banana*

  • 1 Tbsp chopped dates

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired

  • *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
