  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and thick.

    NOTE: For a super-thick, milkshake-style smoothie, add two frozen bananas instead of one.
    For a spirited drink, add 1 oz dark rum.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Silk CHOCOLATE SOYMILK

  • 1 frozen banana*

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • *Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
