Garlic Mashed Potatoes

preparation

  1. Steam or boil the potatoes and garlic together until tender. Drain and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the margarine, warm Silk, salt and pepper.
  3. Mash by hand or use an electric mixer.

  • 5-6 potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled

  • 2 Tbsp margarine, optional

  • 1 cup Silk ORIGINAL SOYMILK, warmed

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
