  • 3/4 cup Silk LIGHT VANILLA ALMONDMILK

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup carrot juice

  • 1 Tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger, Pinch of cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup ice

  • 2 Tbsp protein powder and/or 1 Tbsp ground flax, if desired
