  • 1 CUP ORIGINAL SILK PROTEIN, UNSWEET ALMONDMILK, UNSWEET CASHEWMILK, OR OAT YEAH OATMILK

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 FROZEN BANANA*

  • PINCH OF SALT
