  • 1 cup Silk ORIGINAL SOYMILK

  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana*

  • 1/4 small avocado

  • 1 CUP MIXED GREENS

  • 1/8 tsp turmeric, if desired
