Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

All the goodness of a pumpkin pie, blended to perfection.

  • UNSWEET SILK

preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until creamy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Silk ORGANIC UNSWEET SOYMILK

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup raw cashews*

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 frozen banana**

  • 1 cup ice cubes

  • 15 DROPS VANILLA LIQUID STEVIA, PLUS MORE TO TASTE

  • *Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain for the smoothest consistency

  • **Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing
