  1. Pour Silk, lemon zest, lemon juice, avocado, rosemary and 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple.
  2. Process on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add remaining frozen pineapple and process for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
