- 1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
- 3 1/2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Silk Vanilla Almond Creamer
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit, If Desired

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a 2-quart slow cooker, then cook on low for 6-8 hours. -
Step 2
Serve oats immediately by themselves, or layer in a parfait with Silk cultured coconut and fresh fruit.
