preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a 2-quart slow cooker, then cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Serve oats immediately by themselves, or layer in a parfait with Silk cultured coconut and fresh fruit.

  • 1 cup steel cut oats

  • 3 1/2 cups water

  • 1 cups Silk VANILLA ALMOND CREAMER

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, if desired
