Ingredients

For salad

  • 1 (12-oz) Bag Broccoli Or Traditional Slaw Mix
  • 4 Green Onions, Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 Medium Red Pepper, Cut In Julienne

For dressing

  • 1/4 Cup silk Organic Unsweet Soymilk Or unsweet Almondmilk
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Or Veganaise
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Or Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions

  • Step 1

    Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl.
  • Step 2

    In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  • Step 3

    Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
