- 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Frozen Banana*
- 1/2 Tsp Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
- 1/8 Tsp Fresh Thyme
- 1 Tsp Honey Or Agave
- 2 Tbsp Protein Powder And/or 1 Tbsp Ground Flax, If Desired
- *remember To Peel And Chop The Banana Before Freezing
