- 2 Scallions
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
- 4 Tbsp Raspberry Vinegar
- 2 Cups silk Original Soymilk Or almondmilk
- Salt And Pepper, To Taste

Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Silk in a blender or food processor. Pulse in short bursts to blend ingredients well. -
Step 2
With processor on high speed, pour Silk in a fine stream until texture becomes creamy. Season to taste. -
Step 3
Pour over your favorite lettuce.
