Breakfast Rice Pudding

Use leftover brown rice to make this morning treat.

preparation

  1. Combine rice, maple syrup and Silk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce to a simmer and cook 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Top with chopped almonds, raisins and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked brown rice

  • 1/4 c maple syrup

  • 1 cups Silk UNSWEET ALMONDMILK

  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

  • 1/4 cup golden raisins

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
