Cinnamon Whipped Topping

This dairy-free spiced whipped topping is terrific dolloped on waffles, pancakes, apple pie, coffee drinks and more!

  1. Refrigerate Silk Heavy Whipping Cream Alternative, mixing bowl and beaters for at least 2 hours or overnight. The more chilled everything is, the better Silk will whip.
  2. Pour Silk into a chilled bowl and add cinnamon, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Beat on high until peaks form, about 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer. (If using a stand mixer, beat for 75-90 seconds on speed 8 or 10.) Keep a close eye, the mixture should hold its shape when beaters are pulled out, but be careful not to overbeat.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Best if used within a few hours of making.
