Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Silk Unsweet Coconutmilk
- 1 Tbsp Brown Rice Syrup Or Agave
- 1 Tbsp Organic Cornstarch Or Arrowroot
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 3 Cups Shredded Coconut

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. -
Step 2
Combine Silk, brown rice syrup and cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until thickened, about 2-3 minutes. -
Step 3
Add vanilla, salt and coconut, stirring until well combined. -
Step 4
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. -
Step 5
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
