Ingredients
- 3 Cups Glutinous Rice
 - 2 Cups Silk Unsweet Or Original Coconutmilk
 - 3/4 Cup Cane Sugar Or Brown Sugar
 - 1 Tsp Salt
 - 4 Ripe Mangoes
 - Mint And Toasted Coconut, For Garnish
 - Peel And Slice Mangoes.
 - To Serve, Place A Mound Of Sticky Rice On Each Plate With Sliced Mango. Top With Additional Sweet Coconutmilk, Mint, And Toasted Coconut As Desired.
 
Directions

Step 1
Soak sticky rice at least 4 hours (or overnight) in water. - 
										 
Step 2
Drain sticky rice, then steam until tender. - 
										 
Step 3
While rice steams, place coconutmilk in a pot over medium heat until hot (not boiling). Add sugar and salt and stir to dissolve. - 
										 
Step 4
When the sticky rice is tender, place into a bowl and pour 1 cup of the hot coconutmilk over it; save the rest. Stir to mix the liquid into the rice.
