3 CUPS GLUTINOUS RICE
2 CUPS SILK UNSWEET OR ORIGINAL COCONUTMILK
3/4 CUP CANE SUGAR OR BROWN SUGAR
1 TSP SALT
4 RIPE MANGOES
MINT AND TOASTED COCONUT, FOR GARNISH
Peel and slice mangoes.
To serve, place a mound of sticky rice on each plate with sliced mango. Top with additional sweet coconutmilk, mint, and toasted coconut as desired.
