Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 1/2 Cup Silk Original Coconutmilk
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- Toasted Coconut Flakes, For Garnish

Step 1
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add rice and cook for 2 minutes. -
Step 2
Add coconutmilk and salt and bring to a boil. -
Step 3
Stir, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes. -
Step 4
Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. -
Step 5
Fluff with a fork, garnish with toasted coconut and serve.
