  1. Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

For salad

  • 1 (12-oz) bag broccoli or traditional slaw mix

  • 4 green onions, sliced

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 medium red pepper, cut in julienne

For dressing

  • 1/4 CUP SILK ORGANIC UNSWEET SOYMILK OR UNSWEET ALMONDMILK

  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise or veganaise

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 Tbsp cilantro, roughly chopped

  • 1 Tbsp rice or cider vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
