For salad
- 1 (12-oz) Bag Broccoli Or Traditional Slaw Mix
- 4 Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1 Medium Red Pepper, Cut In Julienne
For dressing
- 1/4 Cup silk Organic Unsweet Soymilk Or unsweet Almondmilk
- 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise Or Veganaise
- 1 Tsp Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1/2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Rice Or Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Step 1
Combine slaw and vegetables in a bowl. -
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. -
Step 3
Add dressing to slaw and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
