- 1 Frozen Banana*
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- *remember To Peel And Chop The Banana Before Freezing

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and thick.
NOTE: For a super-thick, milkshake-style smoothie, add two frozen bananas instead of one.
For a spirited drink, add 1 oz dark rum.
